DingDong Admin.
Description.
As a companion to the DingDong app, an interface for customer service was needed to complete orders for people without cell phones. The entirety of the app’s process is reproduced — this time in a React webapp – but now with the ability to search for customers. Accounting features were later added for the Rikscha back office. My role(s).
